Network Engineering Lead

We're seeking an experienced network engineer to lead the team developing our in-house network backend. If you'd held this role in the past year, you'd have helped create the expansive asynchronous challenge systems and synchronous online multiplayer of Rock Band Rivals, a real-time update and deployment backed for a mobile title, a store backend for the largest downloadable content library in the industry, and support for other unannounced games!

This is a senior, experienced role. As such, you'll have the flexibility to define and extend our (already modern) technology stack. It also comes with a management component; you'll be leading a team of 3-5 network programmers, making sure they're growing as engineers and supporting the company as a whole. This position will report directly to the CTO.

Harmonix is an independent game development studio that has been developing music entertainment experiences for over 20 years. We've created major franchises like Rock Band and Dance Central, and we've got the next one cooking behind the scenes. Come help us make the next great music game.
