Xbox has announced that Dance Central will be the headline sponsor of Kylie Minogue's 2011 European Aphrodite: Les Folies Tour! Dance Central feature's Kylie's #1 international smash hit, "Can't Get You Out of My Head." The sponsorship will encompass more than 35 shows in 15 countries, and will challenge fans to "out dance Kylie."

Kylie says, “Dance has always been a fundamental part of my shows, and the Aphrodite tour is no exception. Not only that, but I love to dance so I couldn’t think of a better partner than Dance Central to sponsor the European tour. ‘Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’ is one of my favourite tracks to dance to, and now with Kinect and Dance Central, my fans have the chance to try it out for themselves at the show and see if they can move and shake as well as I can. They are going to love it!”

Beginning in Herning, Demark on 19th February and culminating in London, England on 12th April 2011, the European tour will immerse fans at the show in Dance Central as it becomes a prominent part of each concert experience. Xbox will install Kinect pods featuring Dance Central at each venue, inviting fans to play the game and find out whether they “can out dance Kylie” by performing the in-game routine to her track.

Xbox has also been given exclusive backstage access to the Aphrodite: Les Folies rehearsals, from which it will create a series of web-episodes that will include interviews with Kylie on different aspects of the show. Fans will be able to see the web-episodes on Xbox’s European Facebook pages over the course of the tour. Fans will also be invited to submit videos of themselves giving their best performance to the “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head” routine to win prizes!
