Fitness Challenge #6: Heart Health

We kicked off our 2014 Fitness Challenge by setting our fitness goals and signing our fitness contracts, and now it's time to get to work! Each Monday we'll be posting a new Fitness Challenge to help guide you in your Dance Central work out. Read below and get those feet moving!

The Heart Health Playlist Challenge

The timing is too perfect to ignore. With Valentine's Day falling in the middle of this week's Challenge, we're going to spend this week focusing on heart health, which means it's time for cardio! Keep in mind that good cardio means working hard but also pacing yourself. Make your playlist from the songs below and get ready to break a sweat (and work off all those Valentine's Day chocolates!)

Challenge: Make a playlist of 10-15 of the high-energy songs listed below. Play at least three times this week... maybe four depending on how much candy you consume.
