Fitness Playlist Challenge #1: Get Pumped

What's that, you say? You've set your Fitness Goals, you've signed your contract, your Tracker is taped to your fridge, and you're ready to get started? Well all right then! Let's kick this year's Fitness Challenge into high gear with our very first Playlist challenge!


The Get Pumped Challenge

Energy is high right now as we all begin our first week. Tap into that energy! Choose 10-15 of the following songs and play through at least three times this week. You may find that you'll have to start on Easy to get through 15 songs. It's totally fine to adjust difficulty and even change your playlist each day. The important thing is just to get moving!
