Fitness Playlist Challenge #2: Core Challenge

We kicked off our 2014 Fitness Challenge by setting our fitness goals and signing our fitness contracts, and now it's time to get to work! Each Monday we'll be posting a new Fitness Challenge to help guide you in your Dance Central work out. Read below and get those feet moving!

The Core Challenge

As you're continuing to progress on your fitness journey, it's important to build up those core muscles, which are arguably the very foundation of dance! Strengthening your core affects balance, speed, and stamina, all things a great dancer needs.


Challenge: Make a playlist of 10-15 songs from the list below. Play three times this week, four if you're feeling motivated!
