Fitness Playlist Challenge #5: Freestyle!

We kicked off our 2014 Fitness Challenge by setting our fitness goals and signing our fitness contracts, and now it's time to get to work! Each Monday we'll be posting a new Fitness Challenge to help guide you in your Dance Central work out. Read below and get those feet moving!

The Freestyle Challenge

Admit it, you're guilty of turning Freestyle off. Maybe you even avoid the songs that have Freestyle, and you make your excuses: you're camera shy, you can't think of any moves, you want to keep going with Dance Central's awesome choreography instead. Well cast aside your excuses because this week it's all about the Freestyle!

Challenge: Make a playlist of 10-15 of the songs below. Ahead of time, plan out your Freestyles. Will you do push-ups? Jumping jacks? Give it your all in a crazy solo dance? Play through your playlist three times this week. Make sure you have Freestyle turned on!

Alternate Challenge: Make a playlist of 10-15 songs imported from the original Dance Central. Then you'll have no choice to keep Freestyle on!
