Hey everyone! Harmonix is heading to Los Angeles next week to show off some of our awesome titles we’ve been working on behind-the-scenes. Here’s what we’ve got in store for E3 2015:

Rock Band 4

Rock Band 4 is coming to Los Angeles, and we can’t wait to show off the game on the West Coast and to the world! The game has come a long way since we first revealed it, and the development team has been working incredibly hard to make it look and play even better than ever. Here’s a recap of some of our new, innovative features:

1. FreeStyle Vocals – Vocalists now have creative freedom to sing improvisational notes during gameplay.
2. Dynamic Drum Fills – Drum Fills now have their own unique flair. We’ve given players the ability to simulate hand-authored drum fills to deploy Overdrive at just the right time, and make your band shine.
3. Shows Mode – Band members can interact with each other in brand new ways with the introduction of the Shows Mode. Vote on a song in between sets – select songs together and build comradery, or agree to disagree. The show must go on!

This is just the start – we’ll have more surprised to share next week at E3!

The Rock Band 4 Preview Party

We’ll also be hosting a Rock Band 4 Preview Party at The Mayan in downtown Los Angeles! This is our own special “thank you” to all members of the community and our fans who have continued to support us and help us remind us WHY we make our games. We make them to inspire people, to bring everyone together and to have a fantastic time playing what you love.

Our party was hyped so much, we ended up selling out the whole place within 24 hours! If you were able to score tickets, we look forward to rocking out with you at The Mayan.

For those unable to attend E3, fear not! Harmonix will have PLENTY of pictures, videos, and posts to recap our time at the E3 convention. For those going, we can’t wait to see you there!
