We’re helping you focus on fitness while you take a break from the summer heat this year with our very first Summer Fitness Challenge! Check back each Thursday for a new Playlist Challenge to help you get the most out of your Dance Central play sessions.

The "Pump It Up" Playlist

It’s summertime. We know what that means. You’ve been relaxing by the pool, catching up on your reading in a hammock, or maybe sleeping until the sun starts to set.

Well it’s time to get moving! To help everyone get going again, we’re kicking things off with a “Get Pumped!” Playlist Challenge. These songs are just what you need to kick it into high gear and really get psyched for Summer Fitness 2013!

Challenge: Create a Playlist with these 12 songs and play through them, on any difficulty, at least 3 times this week. Do jumping jacks during any Freestyle sections!
