Summer Fitness Playlist Challenge #2

We’re helping you focus on fitness while you take a break from the summer heat this year with our very first Summer Fitness Challenge! Check back each Thursday for a new Playlist Challenge to help you get the most out of your Dance Central play sessions.

The "Exhaust Those Arms" Playlist

Upcoming volleyball game or summer softball tournament? Swimming laps at the pool? Or just want to make sure you can carry the heaviest plate at the BBQ? It’s time to put those arms to work and get them in tip-top-toned shape! These routines include a lot of controlled flailing, intricate hand gestures, and some serious head turns, so stretch out those shoulders and get to it!

If you don't have all the songs, that's ok! We promise we won't mind if you sub in some of your own favorite songs that work those arms.

Challenge: Create a Playlist with these 12 songs and play through them, on any difficulty, at least 3 times this week. Do bicep curls (keep some small weights or canned veggies handy!) during the Freestyle sections!
