Summer Fitness Playlist Challenge #3

We’re helping you focus on fitness while you take a break from the summer heat this year with our very first Summer Fitness Challenge! Check back each Thursday for a new Playlist Challenge to help you get the most out of your Dance Central play sessions.


The "Inner Strength" Playlist

A strong middle can make all the difference if you’re paddling against the current in a kayak, carefully walking across a tightrope in the park, or whatever other interesting summertime hobby you may have that requires a careful blend of strength and balance.

The songs below will put your core muscles to work with twisting, hip swishing, and lots of cross-body reaches. So put on your dancing shoes and get ready to work those trunk muscles!


Challenge: Create a Playlist with these 12 songs and play through them, on any difficulty, at least 3 times this week. Do crunches during the Freestyle sections!
