We’re helping you focus on fitness while you take a break from the summer heat this year with our very first Summer Fitness Challenge! Check back each Thursday for a new Playlist Challenge to help you get the most out of your Dance Central play sessions.


The "Party Break" Playlist

You’ve been working hard lately on both your core and arm muscles. But it’s summertime, and getting fit with Dance Central can’t mean all work, no play! This week’s Playlist Challenge is about having fun and feeling good. These block party hits have been carefully, carefully chosen to give you the maximum number of smiles (dare we even say, full belly laughs?) while you dance. Laughter works those abdominal muscles, after all!

Call up your friends, crank up the volume, and get ready to party!


Challenge: Create a Playlist with these 12 songs and play through them, on any difficulty, at least 3 times this week. Do any old-school dances during the Freestyle section. Some suggestions: The Twist, the Mashed Potato, The Swimmer.
