Summer Fitness Playlist Challenge #5

We’re helping you focus on fitness while you take a break from the summer heat this year with our very first Summer Fitness Challenge! Check back each Thursday for a new Playlist Challenge to help you get the most out of your Dance Central play sessions.

The "All-About-Legs" Playlist

Warm weather means shorts and lots of activities putting your leg muscles to work! Your gams are there for you through hiking, biking, pick up basketball games, and every other sport that involves running, jumping, lunging –you name it! Return the favor this week by giving your legs some extra attention with this week’s Playlist Challenge.

These songs are selected because they trick you into really working your legs. That’s right, they trick you! You’ll be having so much fun dancing, you won’t even notice how many squats, lunges, and leg lifts you’ve completed.

Challenge: Create a Playlist with these 12 songs and play through them, on any difficulty, at least 3 times this week. Do lunges during the Freestyle sections!
