Summer Fitness Playlist Challenge #8

We’re helping you focus on fitness while you take a break from the summer heat this year with our very first Summer Fitness Challenge! Check back each Thursday for a new Playlist Challenge to help you get the most out of your Dance Central play sessions.


The "Cool It Down" Playlist

You’re almost done! After seven weeks of hard work, and especially after the intense cardio workout last week, it’s time to start slowing things down. A good cool down and stretch after a workout is every bit as important as your warm up, to help your muscles recover from all their hard work!

These songs will still give you a workout, but are chosen to help you return your heart rate to normal, cool down after all your hard work, and slip into a peaceful state of relaxation. We’ll understand if you follow up these work outs with an exhausted nap in a hammock (and maybe be a bit jealous because we don’t have hammocks at Harmonix headquarters.)


Challenge: Create a Playlist with these 12 songs and play through them, on any difficulty, at least 3 times this week. Do windmills during the Freestyle section and stretch that back out!
