Hey everyone,
It seems like it was just yesterday when we released AUDICA into Early Access. Now we're approaching the official release of AUDICA and can’t wait to get the full game into your hands.
You, the AUDICA Early Access community, have been hugely instrumental in making this game special. You’ve performed feats that we never imagined, posted scores we never thought possible, and provided feedback that helped us shape and improve AUDICA over the course of Early Access. So it only felt right that we give you a sneak peek at what’s to come in this release. There’s a lot to look forward to, so let’s dive in!
Over the past couple of months, you may have heard us reference a campaign mode across various live streams, Discord messages, and even in the backlog on our Trello board. With the 1.0 release we will be adding this long-awaited feature!
AUDICA’s campaign mode will have you playing through the entire soundtrack across four tiers. Each tier will also feature a handful of unique challenges for you to complete. For instance, a challenge in one song may make you play with invisible guns, while another challenge may reduce your time to react by increasing the speed in which targets fly in. Combined with an increasingly difficult setlist, the campaign will truly put your beat blasting skills to the test.
Completing tiers will not only unlock the next but also reward you with new blasters to use and environments to step into. All of this leads up to a very special grand finale that we don’t want to spoil here – you’ll have to beat the campaign and experience it yourself!
On March 7th we launched AUDICA into Early Access with 10 tracks. Since then we have grown to a whopping 27 song core soundtrack, and we’re not even done yet. Come the release of AUDICA, we’ll be adding six new tracks bringing the total amount of playable songs upon release to 33!
In addition to these 33 tracks, four songs will receive playable, full-length Album Versions. These songs can be unlocked by playing through AUDICA’s campaign mode and will surely test your endurance and beat blasting skills.

Although we’re not ready to reveal any new songs today, you can expect some big names to be joining AUDICA’s soundtrack upon release. Check out the full list below (with a few redactions in the spots these new tracks would slot into). 😉

AUDICA’s launch will also come with new achievements to unlock, some final authoring updates to existing tracks, and a few other tweaks and fixes. Keep your eyes peeled for a full list of additions, updates, fixes, and changes in our v1.0 patch notes around launch.
The 1.0 release does not mark the end of AUDICA. While we’re not ready to talk about it just yet, you can expect to see additional content and updates for the game in the weeks and months to come following launch.

If you’d like to get in on this before launch, be sure to pick the game up on Steam, Oculus, and/or Viveport and play the game at least once. This is also a good reminder to purchase the game if you haven’t yet before we raise the price after Early Access ends!
