This week’s DLC is brutal, heavy, and worth headbanging to.
It doesn’t get much heavier than Motionless in White’s “Abigail”, coming to the Rock Band Music Store this week. This track was their first single from their debut studio album Creatures, which reached #18 on the US Top Hard Rock Albums Billboard chart. “Abigail” features the very essence of Motionless in White: killer guitar riffs and challenging drums. There’s no shortage of gnarly breakdowns, either.
“Approach the Podium”, by Winds of Plague, makes its way to Rivals as well. The Southern California-based band released their second album The Great Stone War in August 2009, where “Approach The Podium” was designated as a single. There’s a lot of variety for each instrument, making it wild and challenging for the whole band. Playing “Approach the Podium” in Rock Band will feature powerful, driving drum sections alongside intricate guitar riffs.
These two songs can be purchased individually for $1.99 each.
